Wellness is a journey,
not a destination.

Wellness is a journey, not a destination.

So many are unwell and don’t know why. This results from a disconnection between
the way we live, eat, think, move, sleep, rest, connect, love and meet our needs as
biological creatures.

What is
Teletherapy?

Teletherapy (also known as Telehealth or Telepsychology) is the growing practice of delivering psychological treatment through video conferencing. Research indicates that teletherapy is an effective method of providing psychological treatment equivalent to that face-to-face treatment. Benefits of Teletherapy include engaging in therapy from the comfort of your home, reducing external stressors (including travel and parking) and improving access to psychological support.

Frequency of Sessions

The frequency of sessions can vary across individuals, this will be based on professional opinion once we have had an opportunity to understand your treatment needs and goals.

In many circumstances, predicting a person’s response to treatment can be challenging and, therefore, the number of sessions they may require. Some people may need help managing a sudden stressor or change and need some simple tools to get back on track in 2-6 sessions.

Others may be dealing with more long-term issues or stressors such as grief, work stressors or relationships and require more sessions to unpack persisting mental health behaviours.
